My question is why is the change so slow? Our educators are largely innovative people, why is it so hard for the system to change? Another aspect is of course tha...- Agree with Megan re face to face coaching. Also the reflective conversations with their principal and now, this year, I am finding the building of a relationship with others on their staff who have been involved in NAPP which also appears to be increasingly reflective in nature.

I think an important category of students have been left out of this poll.
