Hi Keri, that's no good, but our technical team will be able to jump all over this query and give you a prompt answer - as it may the file type you are trying to embed. Because I'm not sure of the technical answer, I'd recommend you join the Help group @ /pg/groups/4414/help/ and add to this thread /mod/threaded_forums/topicposts.php?topic=35750&group_guid=4414 or start your own even. They are very quick and very friendly with their replies! :)
