About me
The last five years I have been working overseas and spent four years as an expat Kiwi residing in Hong Kong. During my time in Hong Kong I worked as a DMC (Digital Media & Communications)/ Digital Technology Specialist at an International School. My role was a combination of specialist teaching and strategic planning in digital technology implementation, including professional development K - 12. I’ve worked in the education sector in numerous roles : a Teacher, Principal, Technology Adviser. I had a foray into the business sector, what I refer to as my my sabbatical, working in the telecommunications industry. Latterly I worked as an education consultant in the Learning Management field, (also known as VLE, LMS or OLE), in Australia and New Zealand.

Thank you for joining the iPad group on the VLN.
It's a pretty big group of teachers and people who know good stuff around support excellent uses of iPads in classrooms to support children's learning.
