I'm passionate about education and e-learning and believe that when thoughtfully implemented, technology can not only engage students but increase student achievement.
In 2014 I graduated within an MEd (E-learning) in which my research was on online student engagement.

Thanks a lot for giving me the privilege of being a part of this network discussion. I am a post graduate student at Mindlab studying Digital and Collaborative Learning in the Classroom. I work at St Pius X School in Titahi Bay and teach years 5/6. At present i am working on an assignment on teacher as inquiry. My year cohort of students have a huge range of learning needs and social and emotional issues as well. I am hoping our school moving towards BOYD and setting up google classroom will even the pathway for some of these students. Any ideas on how to keep these students engaged through digital tools and enhance their learning outcomes will be appreciated.

Thank you Nathaniel for your warm welcome:) Usually one does not know where to start when coming in to this virtual community. I work in a full primary school in Cannons Creek and am going through an exciting steep learning curve with 21st Century Learning.
