About me
I am the Deputy Principal of Wairakei Primary School. I love learning new ideas, blogging, reflecting, collaborating with other schools, skype, twitter, my tweeps, being a kiwi chick, an English Electician, my gorgeous children and my granddaughter. Taupo is where I live and I would love to make connections with other interested teachers in my area.

Hi Melanie,
Thanks for joining our group. We look forward to the alliance of the Connected Rotorua and Connected Taupo groups.
Me again Melanie, I got drawn to the ocean profile again hahaha!
Thank you so much for sharing your MANY rich ideas/examples in the Enabling e-Learning event | Sharing e-learning celebrations [https://bitly.com/1h3YW9k]
Fantastic sharing, thank you. You might like to download the 'I took the challenge' badge [/mod/file/download.php?file_guid=231459] and add this to your profile page.
Ngā mihi nui,

Kia ora Melanie, thank you for joining the Central North | Leading Effective e-Learning group. It is envisioned that these groups will become a central hub for a community of like-minded educators - focused on growing e-learning leadership, to impact change for our priority learners.
We will definitely keep you posted about any face-to-face opportunities arising in your area.
In the meantime, you might like to take a few moments to introduce yourself, tell us where you're from, share a photo or perhaps your mihi in this thread [/discussion/view/827581].
Also, there are a number of discussions [/discussion/owner/827342] started in this group that may interest you. Please feel free to add your voice and share your experiences with other e-leaders. This is a great way to establish and connect a community online, so we'd love to hear from you.
Ngā mihi nui, Tess :-)
