About me

I am currently working as a School Wide Practitioner and Practice Advisor for PB4L School-Wide 

I facilitate team training and provide schools with consultation and coaching to support the change process. This involves ongoing research and programme development. I have to use my psychological knowledge and understanding to support schools on this journey and provide coaching support at the senior management, classroom and individual teacher levels. I liaise with staff across the education sector to collaborate on enhancing the provision for schools around the area of inclusion and behaviour support.
