Ko lionel Mickell ahau. I have been involved in NAPP for five years to date and have thoroughly enjoyed the experience. I have been a principal for 18 years, 13 at Onehunga Primary and 5 at Mangere East Primary. I am also a mentor for the FTP programme, have been a Leadership and Management Facilitator 2005 to 2010 and a NZC facilitator 2011. I am now working as an education consultant in a number of schools mainly as a mentor and Senior Leadership appraiser
