Now in my fourth year back teaching after an almost 6 year break in the fitness industry. I also am the school's careers adviser, STAR and Gateway coordinator. Living back in Palmerston North.

I'm attended Te Aupikitanga ki te reo Kairangi immersion class through Te Wananga o Aotearoa in 2013 which really challenged my reo and made me delve deeper into my own whakapapa - it was VERY REWARDING. I'm teaching NCEA Level 1 Maori for the first time in 2014.

Kiaora Koutou Wink

    No problem Cath.
It is an interesting journey. It has taken us 3 years to get it where it is today and we had to "peel back many layers of the onion" to get to the roots. The benefits are huge!!! It now encompasses every aspect of our school in multiple layers involving everyone and everything we do:) It would be faster if we met and had a chat. It will take a while to explain the journey and everthing we did to make it a success.
