Hi there Karen, my name is Tessa Gray and I'm here I'm here to help as the Blended e-learning online facilitator for ICT PD Online. I see you're part of the Northglen cluster, and I hope you don't mind, I've requested membership to your group because I was enjoying reading your reflective summary and I wanted to find out more about your parent portal - trials and tribulations.
