About me

Kia ora,

My name is Jeannie and I am embarking on my new virtual learning network journey.  I have been involved in Education for approximately 14 years in Central Auckland.  During this time I have worked as a classroom teacher and in learning support roles.  I have worked as a Supplementary Learning Support Teacher, teaching mainly in the Mt Roskill area. I am currently a RTLB working in Tuawhitu O Akarana and have been working in this role for two years, just completed the training; I look forward to being part of this online community.

I see you've yet to join some groups, maybe I could suggest some groups to help you get the most out of the VLN.

You might like to join the "Getting started on the VLN" group, here you will find a wealth of tips (profile image/detail) to help you get the most out of the VLN.

If e-learning is your passion, you might like to join this group too. /groups/profile/118255/enabling-elearning/ There are several more e-learning sub-groups you might like to join too for on-going conversations.

Each fortnight we put together the e-learning round-up on the blog, it is well worth skimming through to see the latest discussions and links, /blog/group/118255/all.

If you want to know more about VLN/Enabling e-Learning community groups, you can view this webinar recording >>> http://

Looking forward to working with you online.

    Ngā mihi nui, nā Tessa.
