About me

Hi there, I'm a Development Specialist on the Learning Futures team, in Services to Schools at the National library.  I'm based in Wellington. Most of the LF team are located in our Auckland Centre. My background is as a professional librarian, a Library Adviser for many years, working with schools in the wider Wellington area. Part of my current role is co-ordinating our national Professional Learning & Development Programme, which now includes a number of fully facilitated online courses as well as face-to-face PLD. These are aimed at teachers as well as school library staff. We also deliver a huge amount of information and support from our website.  I'm also one of the web editors.
