HOD ESOL, Rangitoto College.

Current particular interests in ESOL include: metacognitive and metalinguistic pedagogies in ESOL, the role of digital resource based learning in ESOL, teaching and learning vocabulary across the curriculum (EL), the form and function of summative assessment with regard to metacognition - not just subject knowledge.
