Virtual Learning Network

Some shared information about a new online 3D world I was commissioned to create called the Isle of Minutia and how teachers and students can explore the fundamentals of using computers to interact with a sense of presence in a virtual environment.

My hope is to popularize a shift towards a more dynamic 3D learning networking not only for the novel perspectives it inspires but rather to share in a discussion about where this technology can potentially take us. My intention is to share some of the fundamental how 3D worlds are created using a number of discplines from math, geometry, Computer Aided Design, art and computer graphics.
