Holiday Inn, Auckland (airport - http://aucklandairport.holidayinn.co.nz/). Once you reach the hotel, the hui will be signed as ‘Te Toi Tupu VPLD/FFI Hui’. |
Travel |
Hotel parking is available (and is part of the conference package), and a shuttle runs every 30 minutes from the airport to the hotel for those flying in and out of Auckland (also part of the conference package). |

Wireless mobile device (preferably a laptop, iPad, or tablet), as well as chargers and phones |
What is provided |
Accommodation with breakfast included for those staying at the hotel. Morning and afternoon teas, lunches for everyone (dietary requirements catered). Dinner on Thursday night at the venue for those who have indicated that they would like to join us. |

Alcohol - a cash bar is available. Please do not charge drinks back to your room :-) |

Form for mileage application
If you are driving from out of town (i.e. 100km, or over, one way) we can reimburse your petrol costs at $0.60 per KM. To be reimbursed you will need to provide an expense report: with the purpose of the trip, date and location, GST receipts for petrol, and a mileage log. PLEASE NOTE: You will need to complete and submit the form by email (to Juanita juanita.reddish@core-ed.ac.nz) not more than two weeks after the hui - any later than this and we will be unable to pay it.
