Engaging Māori Learners Conference 2013

Highlights of the conference:

I used Twitter to capture my highlights and created a hashtag #engagingmāorilearnersconf2013 to group all of my tweets together.  It's quite a long hash tag but I wanted first time lookers to see what and where I was at.  Twitter allows you to record and share short messages, quotes, websites, photos etc.  Your followers can share to a wider audience (if they're interested) & you yourself can keep a record of what you captured.  You will see that some of my tweets below contain photographs (of slideshow snap shots) that you can acces via twitter.  Link to my twitter page here: https://twitter.com/MoanaTimoko (Not sure if you have to be registered or not to view this space).  I would have had more tweets if I was using my lap top as I'm much faster at typing but I was using my ph...and my fingers aren't as fast when I need to be delicate LOL.

Anyway here are my tweets:

Whilst sharing the tweets above I gained extra followers (who are obviously interested in my contributions); some people replied to my tweets, some people shared my tweets wider by retweeting so that their followers would see them and some people favorited my tweets.  Now I must remind you that I probably would have tweeted more if I was using my lap top...faster at typing.  It's almost like I'm able to retain the info I'm capturing through my eyes, ears and...my fingers!!!
