Introducing the e-Learning Planning Framework

Sourcing ideas

Four questions to ask ourselves:

  1. What has worked well on the contract?
  2. What do we want to sustain?
  3. What are the barriers?
  4. How can we overcome these?

Responses can be collated in Wallwisher.

Collated key ideas

2. Facilitated  eLPF Bingo (word document 147 KB) with smarties to find key themes emerging (Leadership, infrastructure, PLD etc) Thank you Chrissie Butler for this facilitation strategy.

Visioning

5. We shared the video A Day Made of Glass 2 Which helped to facilitate discussions around technological advancements and envisioning a future in learning.

Planning

6. Further planning can include the Registered Teacher Criteria wiki and new Google spreadsheet which aligns the Registered Teacher Criteria outcomes with the eLPF. More detailed e-learning goals can be mindmapped using the concentric circle template.
