    No problem Cath.
It is an interesting journey. It has taken us 3 years to get it where it is today and we had to "peel back many layers of the onion" to get to the roots. The benefits are huge!!! It now encompasses every aspect of our school in multiple layers involving everyone and everything we do:) It would be faster if we met and had a chat. It will take a while to explain the journey and everthing we did to make it a success.
