Kia ora Merryn, thank you for joining the Leading Effective e-Learning group, your expertise will be most valued here. It is envisioned that these groups will become a central hub for a community of like-minded educators - focused on growing e-learning leadership, to impact change for our priority learners.

You might like to join the Southern sub-group as well [/groups/profile/827344/southern-region-leading-effective-e-learning] and take a few moments to introduce yourself, tell us where you're from, share a photo or perhaps your mihi in this thread [/discussion/view/827584]. This is a great way to establish and connect a community online, so we'd love to hear from you. Ngā mihi nui, Tess :-)

Hi Merryn I registered in order to view the presentations by Jim Moriaty, Janinka Greenwood and Christine Morgan.
where do I find them? Do I have to join a group?

  • Merryn Dunmill

Drama VPLD - a group is set up under Arts Online for virtual drama PD coming up in term 4. Watch the space!

  • Merryn Dunmill

Yikes, haven't had time to set it up yet as a sub group. Just asking for a registration of interest by replying to the post on the discussion widget in Arts Online at /mod/threaded_forums/topicposts.php?topic=115212&group_guid=59896. They can become a member of Arts Online group now of course and watch the space.

    Hi Merryn
Had a couple of queries, one i sent through on email another i redirected through your VLN group. But when they go there can't see where to click to register interest - do they have to join the group and comment somewhere?

  • Pip McKenzie

Thanks Merryn, very relieved i have finally managed to join the group.

Click on their profile photos at /pg/groups/102315/secondary-arts-teaching-and-learning-guides/ bottom left or search by name and you get to their profile. Click on Add friend and it says your request has gone to ..... They then get an email saying you've been accepted and are now a friend.

House is still standing! Lots of damage and houses around us are falling down or being pulled down.....we hope they don't say the land is too dodgy - still in white zone till land assessments are done. Tough times. xx

    Hi Merryn
I am still learning how to work within this facility. How are you? Did I hear correctly that you have lost your lovely house in the earthquake(s)?
