Description:

Kia ora and welcome to the home site for Whanganui Collegiate School PB4L Restorative Practice.  Here is a space that can be used to enhance PLD, develop resources further, communicate with me (Rachel, your Regional Support Coordinator) and collect useful data, building a rich narrative of Whanganui Collegiate School's PB4L Restorative Practice development.

To begin with I'll put up the Whanganui Collegiate School planning documents, initial scoping document and any other collected baseline data. As your Regional Coordinator, I'll add resources that we discuss and are useful to you, some discussion points and upload files that are part of our implementation.

The RP leads and implementation team can use this space as a central place to:

  1. collect and record resources used in PLD
  2. open discussion forums about issues, aspects of practice or anything pertinent to PB4L RP at Whanganui Collegiate School
  3. use the group poll function to collect feedback or data
  4. invite staff members and use this as a space during PLD
  5. make and record important dates of PLD and meetings in the calendar as a way for us to keep up to date with PLD delivery and record the process of implementation
  6. add photos to illustrate your PB4L RP journey. You might like to add your School Wide Tag line or poster as your group icon (picture) if you'd like.

This group is closed to everyone apart from invited members.  As we move forward we hope this will also become a place where Whanganui Collegiate School staff will be able to share information about RP and that it can become a repository of information about the PLD and school implementation. Soon you will also be able to participate in other VLN communities of schools in your region and schools with similar interests and priorities.
