The VLN page of the Community of Colleagues inquiring into the states of engagement within and across our comunities. The purpose of our innovation is to inquire into the current states of:

• motivation & engagement of our students
• engagement of and with whānau across our communities, and
• the confidence within teachers to grow relationships-identifying the deliberate practices that lead to greater engagement of students and their whānau
