This group is for those teachers and leaders who want to continue to develop and support their coaching and mentoring practices. There will be tools, video clips and resources shared, as well as regular discussion topics that you can also initiate. There will also be opportunities for everyone to share their innovation around deepening teachers' dialogue about teaching and learning, as well as opening professional practice for feedback, critique and deep self-assessing reflection, to develop a shared responsibility within the community for improving student learning. This group is also to encourage a coaching culture in professional learning between schools and centres in Aotearoa - to take a shared and moral responsibility for New Zealand's education system, for every child and every institution.
