Helping support the development of Open Education Resources and the use of Wikieducator in schools. As broadband enables more and more collaboration between schools, Open Education Resources (OERs) created in sites such as Wikieducator are becoming more and more useful for teachers and students. OERs allow teachers and students to collaborate on new resources, and reuse and remix existing ones to ensure that the teaching and learning materials we use in our classes are the best ones available. Wikieducator and OERs rely on the collaboration and sharing made possible by Creative Commons.
Not sure where to start with sharing, collaboration and copyright? Start here. Understanding what you can and can't do with remixing and reusing resources is a core skill for educators in the 21st century.
