    This week is Māori language week. You can access a wealth of ideas and resources on TKI.

Another event  is the Waikato TESOL AGM on Saturday 8th AugustAveril Coxhead, Senior Lecturer at the School of Linguistics and Applied Language Studies, University of Victoria will be talking on Working out which words to teach: Word lists and language learning.
 
The Term 3 National Newsletters for all subjects are now available. Lots of interesting reading and links including key ideas from branch presentations and key messages about linguistically and culturally responsive assessment and much more. Do take time to read this.
