We have developed/revamped our Appraisal procedure - toward a developmental-learning-culture approach via peer reflection and group learning.  We see this as a pilot for a more thorough approach next year - to be decided at our last ToD at the end of Term 4.  Attached/embedded is the current draft of the initial proposal put to staff.  We also will be introducing ePortfolios (Web Diaries, within KnowledgeNET) as a new ICT/eLearning component to foster the wider sharing intended, and to gauge their usefulness in developing and reporting a learning culture.
