Workshop to be delivered by Ngaire Addis (Havelock North High School) at the NZAMT-13 conference in Wellington.

This workshop is on the Thursday 10:30am-11:40am workshop slot.

"This is a practical hands-on eLearning workshop on how to design your own wiki for teaching, learning and assessment in the mathematics classroom. I am a secondary mathematics teacher and use wikis for teaching mathematics, presenting staff professional development, running courses, as a teacher ePortfolio, for student ePortfolios and also for my own doctorate research. Two examples of my wikis are: http://msmath9number.wetpaint.com - for students http://literacy-in-maths.wikispaces.com - for maths teachers. They are hugely popular with students - one of my students likened my wikis to "Facebook for maths!!"
