Losing part of the message when posting items
Hi there, I've been having some trouble lately - when I post things (discussions, comments, blog) often parts of the message is left off or disappears and I have to edit and re-add straight after posting.
It used to just be at the end of a message, but now parts of sentences disappear in the middle of a post and when I click on the html view, I can see some rogue script in there. I'm in Safari 4.0.5. Perhaps I need to upgrade?

That's strange Tessa - seems like your browser isn't playing nicely with the text editor.
I'll schedule in some testing for this but definately upgrade Safari, think it's up to version 5.1 now and see if it still occurs. Also see if the same problem happens on other browsers like Chrome and Firefox and see if the problem is just isolated to Safari and send an email to help@vln.school.nz and i'll follow it up :)

You will need to upgrade to version 5.1.x It has better security and seems to work better.

It happens on FF6 too at times so ignore my last post.
I'll work out a fix and report back here when I have solved it

If you have any tips on making the post cutting occur - let me know via email as I can't recreate the issue to work out why it is happening :)
