If you were the boss of education what would you do first?

Exciting times in New Zealand where we're all invited to have a voice and help shape the future of NZ education.

Last weekend saw the successful launch of ‘Education Conversation 2018’, a nationwide initiative that asks New Zealanders what they want to see in their education system. This is the first step to fulfilling the coalition agreement between New Zealand First and Labour to develop a 30 year strategic plan for New Zealand education. http://www.scoop.co.nz/stories/PA1805/S00075/status-of-teachers-raised-with-education-conversation-2018.htm

This is your chance to have your say on the future of New Zealand education, for all our children and young people, for the next 30 years or more.

If you haven't already, why not have your say... in Education Conversation Kōrero Māruatanga...(closes 31st May)

  1. If you were the boss of education in New Zealand, what would you do first?
  2. What does a successful student of the future look like to you?
  3. What will they need to know and be able to do?
  4. What things need to be in place to make sure every learner is successful?
