Suan Yeo shared this short video introducing some new features of Google Classroom
How do you/would you manage google class in a school where you have many different wireless networks? For google cast to work you need to be on the same wifi (same as chrome cast and apple TV). We have a BYOD wifi, a chromebook wifi, and a general teacher wifi. We are stumped on how to make this work so, suggestions from anyone would be great?
Those sort of technical questions may well be answered by the good folk at the Connected learning Advisory.

You can either ring them up or fill in the form- they are really good at helping with these kinds of issues.

Hi Emma
Use Google Cast for Education:
https://chrome.google.com/webstore/detail/google-cast-for-education/bnmgbcehmiinmmlmepibeeflglhbhlea
Allows students to be on a separate network from the Cast devices and gives teachers control.
Let me know if you need any more help making it work.
