Hi all, here's quick request.

Does anyone have any ideas for authentically integrating the Olympics in Rio as higher-order learning tasks for home and school - beyond information recall?

I'm wanting to source some open-ended learning tasks based on higher-order taxonomies like Blooms or SOLO that helps to develop understanding, synthesis and analysis - at a more deeper level and possibly inspire an action or creation of some kind. EG: Are there any real-world problems, or maybe some concepts that sit behind being a quality athlete?

Age group - middle school.

All ideas welcome, thank you smiley
