Kia ora tatou,

I am a PLD provider working in a particular school and have identified a real puzzle of practice in relation to raising the achievement for Pacifica students through more culturally responsive pedagogies. While we cannot initiate a proposal, my question is how have successful applicants engaged with PLD providers and at what stage in the process have they had such discussions?

Ngā mihi a nui

We did some research beforehand to see who could possibly help us and put those possible partnerships and the budget for them into our proposal. Once we knew we had some money to pay them, we started a convo w them.

    Thanks Karyn,

May I ask what was your puzzle of practice and how did you develop your research questions?

    Nga mihi

    Morena Simon

Our question is 'if we more closely integrate the curriculum in Yr 9, what changes in terms of learner outcomes?' We are re-focussing our jnr school, were doing it anyway, so saw the TLIF as a chance to track what we are doing (to capture our story) and to get in some experts to assist us.
