Resetting or deleting Samsung Account?

Hi there,

one of my school has Samsung tablets. Last week we discovered they needed a software update. The teacher has done that, and now the tablet requests an update to the Samsung account. She is not sure she has the correct account details (we are checking this at the moment).

Have you got any tips about resetting or even deleting a Samsung account? I have a Nexus tablet so I have no first hand experience if a) a Samsung account is needed / helpful, and b) if it can be reset or deleted and how.

Any advice would be much appreciated!!! Many thanks in advance!!! Monika
