I am wanting to know if anyone is up to sharing their reading plan templates? Im wanting to make a new plan and want to see what others are found usefull.

I am a Year 7/8 teacher but have students who read between the ages 6- 13+ years

Thanks and look forward to any help

Hi, we purchased a set of digital templates called Plantastic - we do all our planning using these from year 1 - 8 - and one of our secondary teachers uses them for health and p.e. through to senior level. We use them for everything including reading.  They seem to work well for us and provide useful prompts - you can adapt them to reflect your school values etc.

    cheers

At Te Kowhai we use iUgo.  This is an online planning template (comes at a cost though) and links everything together.  Term overviews link to unit plans and unit plans link to lesson plans and groups etc - we have even been able to personalise it with out own progressions.  It has taken us a while to get used to, but now we are a year in it is working really well for us.  Everyone can access it any time, anywhere on any device - so our teachers sit with the planning in front of them on their ipad - or some prefer to print it out.
