This might be off the mark a bit.
There’s a thread here started by Allanah King about some questions for parents/whanau about how we can better gauge parental interest in online learning. It includes a shared Google doc to add to/tweak/modify/use.
NetSafe also has a COMMUNITY DIGITAL CITIZENSHIP SURVEY where the same applies.
