Has anyone got experience of using these and can help with some suggestions on which to buy, anything to look out for or setting up information. Thanks

check out http://allencentre.wikispaces.com/Dino-lite+Microscope+Images - often taken by kids and all of things they had access to.  This whole site is full of wonderful activities that are based in the 'Library' at Outram School overseen by their incredible 'Librarian' Peggy.  Have a look around the full wiki. :-)

    HI Jo

I have had a lot of success using the QX5/7 Digi-microscopes in both ECE and schools settings. Easy for young learners to use and focus and provide good microscopic detail for all learners.

Really impressed with how the Digi microscope helped young learners see detail on insects and then this detail was then added to their art work.
