How to import contacts to all my staff

Hi
I have admin acess to google apps at my school and was wondering how I can update everyones contact list, other than creating a master and getting everyone to update their list every time there is a new person at school.

Hi Enchante1,
I've looked at this a couple of times with shared contacts and not had much luck. There are a few tools in the google apps marketplace which apparently facilitate this, but not all work as well as advertised - I'd be interested in what others suggest. Here's one I found:
