Have you seen the new New Zealand Science Teacher website that has recently gone online. This site has been created by NZASE (New Zealand Association of Science Educators) and provides a veritable feast of information on everything you wanted to know about science and science education.

The website is updated weekly with the latest news, opinion, videos, and articles relevant to science education in New Zealand. Although you need to be an NZASE member to view some content there is still a lot to inspire any teacher. Have a browse and let us know what you think.

Do you have any other favourite science websites that you use in your classroom? It would be fantastic if you could share these here.

Love the look of the new NZ Science Teacher website. What a great resource for New Zealand teachers.

These are not New Zealand science sites, but ones I have used very successfully at all levels of primary school by providing videos, quizzes and fact sheets to support a hands on science programme.
