Is the exemplar up to speed?

I have attached the exemplar The Cove, to the Group files area, see menu on left hand side, and want to use this to see what you think about it, whether it will work in terms of the standard and whether it has fully developed the criteria? I have assessed against it but I am a little wary. your thoughts would be appreciated.
