ULearn - we all learn!
For those of you lucky enough to attend ULearn12 last week, I'm sure you are now sifting and siphoning the huge amounts of information and learning that you have taken away for the coming term and beyond.
Many of the breakouts had an e-learning focus, and central themes throughout the week focused on how to meet the needs of all our learners, especially those we have not yet managed to reach.
For those in the Enabling e-Learning community who did not attend last week, and for those with whom you might not have connected, I invite you all to share one e-learning-related idea/learning that you are taking back into school.

Love the Touch - Pause - Engage!
I went to a session on QR Codes and Augmented reality by Dave Beehre that I will be bringing into my class. He had some awesome ideas for using these creatively with Intermediate classes.

There was so much great stuff difficult to know where to start!
Annie Agnew discussed using QR codes as a way of differentiation, which included getting students to make their own. http://greateandtrack.com/2010/12/22/100-ideas-on-how-to-use-qr-codes/ has loads of good ideas.
I also liked her analogy which compared they way we should engage with technology to a rugby game:
touch - pause - engage
