Hi everyone, Just wondering what people do when students move on from your school, and so can no longer access the schools Google domain? This is the first year we have really been using Google Apps, so haven't had to think this one through yet! I plan to remove the year group of students leaving, but that would also delete their sites and doc's (I assume). Any logical solution? Thanks
I believe that if they create their own gmail email address (assuming they are 13) they can merge their accounts.
Haven't done it myself but have heard of it.

That was the only option I could think of too, was hoping there might have been something different, as I can imagine some students simply 'losing' their work.

I'm assuming that the children leaving will be of an age that they can take responsibilty of this for themselves. Some won't be bothered, others will.
