Kia ora,
If you've just joined us, we are into the second week of our November challenge. As a group, we have decided to add ideas to a shared document (Google doc) that lists the kinds of skills and competencies that should be in every teacher's e-learning kete. We'll throw down ideas and edit as we go. Feel free to add columns/rows as you wish.
I'd like to invite everyone to add at least ONE idea / resource to this public shared doc. Click the image below to write....

Awesome start on the shared doc, as we gather our thoughts on what should be in the e-learning teacher's kete. And it's only Monday lunchtime. I'm impressed:-)
As part of the November challenge, we are running a similar discussion in the Leadership group, focusing on the kinds of e-learning skills and competencies that Principals and leaders look for in new staff.
