Hi I'm Kirstin Anderson-McGhie from Oteha Valley School, Auckland (just down the road from North Harbour Stadium). I'm passionate about all things e-learning and have been finding ways to create e-learning opportunities for my students since 1998!  I'm currently teaching a Y3/4 class.  This year we have participated in Quad-blogging, class blogging, travel buddy exchanges and much more.  I love using Google Docs personally & professionally and am beginning to explore the possibilities of introducing it to my students.

When I go to uLearn, I will be focusing on.. ensuring my 2 presentations meet the needs of the attendees.  I'll be meeting with my fabulous PLN friends face to face which is always one of my favourite parts of ULearn.  I'll be taking the time to explore some areas of interest to me such as learning more about QR codes and new tools/strategies for animating with kids, among other things. As always I'm going to make the most of every moment and aim to take away 1 piece of new learning from everything I attend - including my own presentations -I always love what you can learn from those who have come to learn from you. Cool
