As soon as I saw the duck I knew what this post was about. The duck will always remind me of Gerard and his amazing passion for e-learning, digital technologies and education. I frequently use his Lego duck activity with teachers when we are looking at unplugged computational thinking activities. A huge loss to the education community.
Yes, unfortunately many are not yet up to the same functionality as the ipad apps yet.

Being the super-admin for your school G Suite can be a daunting task initially. These articles looks to be useful guides although you will need to keep your own school needs in mind. If you have any other advice or resources please add or if you disagree with any of the advice in these articles please post.

Lensoo Create or Know Recorder were the best options I found, or just use Educreations in a browser.

Like Tessa I also love that you don't think inquiry stops when the school year end, sounds like you have the perfect mindset to be a lifelong learner. Thanks for sharing your reflective portfolio, I am sure reading your journey will help others travelling a similar path. I loved the Dark Side vs The Force. I also like how you modelled a growth mindset for your coding inquiry,
Thanks for sharing the process you went through when trialling the Growth Mindset approach and great to see you are applying it to staff as well as students. The description of how the teacher inquiry cycle was implemented in your school will be very useful for others.
If you had to give one key learning from the whole process what would it be?
Thank you for sharing your journey. Reflection is an important part of teacher inquiry and is what leads to real growth. Taking the next step and sharing with a wider audience is brave but has benefits for both yourself and the people you share with, a win-win situation.
The GROWTH coaching model is a really useful one as you have found. What would you say has worked really well using this model and do you have any tips for those using the model?
Have you seen this article about the common misunderstandings about Growth Mindset?
I am off to read Part 2 of your journey now.
This is a little tricky to use on a non-touchscreen chrome but is possible. Using a mouse rather than the touchpad certainly helps.
Explain Everything is a great tool not only for Flipped Learning (Teacher and/or student-created) but great for students to show their understanding or explain the strategies they use eg in solving a maths problem. A record of their learning is then kept.
Educareations is a similar product (with less features) that has a free browser version. Here are a couple of examples.

Anyone out there running both GAFE and Microsoft 365? I have a school interested in doing this, they currently have GAFE and want to keep it, but unsure how this works. I understand two school domains are needed, any practical advice on this?
