My school is just about to implement a BYOD device policy for next year. It is interesting to see where we are on the journey and where we hope to get to. The eLPF is great for helping the process. Easy to see where we are on the five strands. Its also fascinating how we can be so far advanced in some areas and only starting to emerge in others! I agree with others that its getting some staff to see its relevance and usefulness that is really important for buy in. There will always be some who refuse to come on board initially but there were those who refused to believe the calculator was here for good and stuck with log books!

We are also hopeful that it will free up computer rooms but i suspect that every student bringing them in is unlikely as we have not gone down the you will bring them in route but have made it accessible/encouraged
