I came across Clarisketch yesterday and think it's great.

It only works in Google Play or on Chrome OS so it won't work on your Mac.

Upload a photo or image from your drive and annotate it with drawing and voice over.

Or start with a blank canvas.

It would be great for flipped learning or giving oral feedback on short pieces of text.

The finished product can be played on any device but cannot be embedded.
