Essentially, there are four different types of accessibility affordances offered when using an iPad. These are Vision, Hearing, Learning, and Physical & Motor, and you find them all by going to the Settings app.

Before they go into them in more detail, it is worth noting that although these accommodations are usually thought of as the preserve of special education classrooms, there are many features here that are just as useful in a regular general education classroom.
