Integration of digital technology as part of the new Literacy and Numeracy Standards ?

It is my understanding that the new he online tests designed to measure Literacy and Numeracy have not integrated Text Reader or Speech to Text into the assessments. It is hard to get a straight answer from those involved in developing the standards. The MOE espouses UDL principles yet this does not seem to be a reality. SENCO struggle to accommodate and support students as it is. Does anyone know what is going on?
