Appraisal, practicing teacher criteria and your e-learning goals: A huge thank you to Katrina Laurie for another great webinar on Seesaw 2: Teacher e-portfolios where we learned ways to archive and reflect on the evidence for our teacher appraisal - aligned with the new codes and standards and of course professional inquiry. We also brainstormed some protocols for how online interactions with critical learning buddies can be safe, learning focused and constructive.
