e-Learning Round-Up | 2 April 2015

Tēnā koutou, talofa lava, malo e lelei and welcome to the latest e-Learning pānui from across the VLN.

Congratulations and well done to everyone who has participated in our 5 Day Challenge. You can see the challenge winners here.

Congratulations also to the iPod/iPad user group which has now tipped over 2000 group members. Having this many community members contribute online, helps to make this one of the biggest virtual staff rooms in the country.

Here's something to read over the next few weeks - the latest Enabling e-Learning newsletter

Have a wonderful break everyone and look forward to connecting again in Term 2.

Hei konā mai,

Tess smiley (on behalf of the Enabling e-Learning online team).

Badge for e-Member of the Week

Each fortnight, we like to say thank you by nominating a community member for active participation in the Enabling e-Learning / VLN Groups.

This week we’d like to acknowledge Thomas Biggie (Senior Teacher at Oratia District School) for a number of valuable contributions in e-learning related conversations of late.  This community thrives when community members respond and interact. So again, thank you Thomas.

Daphne also poses the question, how can tikanga transpose naturally in an online environment? What are your thoughts around blended Māori tikanga in a digital world?
