The Internet Archive is an Internet library. Its purposes include offering permanent access for researchers, historians, scholars, people with disabilities, and the general public to historical collections that exist in digital formats.
The Internet Archive includes texts, audio, moving images, andsoftware as well as archived web pages in its collections, and provides specialized services for adaptive reading and information access for the blind and other persons with disabilities.
One of my faves services of the Internet Achieve is the 'Way Back Machine' which allows users to browse through over 150 billion web pages archived from 1996 to a few months ago. Give it a go.

Great resource thanks Nick.
Thanks for sharing this, Nick. I have used the Wayback Machine many times - and it's been really useful to find 'lost' pages:-)
