VPLD - Virtual Professional Learning & Development - what's it all about?
In a nutshell - flexible, online professional learning, tailored to your needs and focussed on real student outcomes. You set professional learning goals that are important to you and your students and with the support of a mentor and an online community of practice you engage in reflective practice, inquiry teaching, relevant reading & research and professional conversations. I may be a little biaised here, having previously been a VPLD mentor, but this is an awesome opportunity to focus on you and your PD needs.
